StayX does not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged. 

To initiate a return for a damaged item, simply email us at support@stayx.co. Please include your order number and the email used when the order was placed, along with a description of the damage and a photo. Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If your item is deemed damaged, we will replace the item if available or issue a refund via your original payment method.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

StayX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. StayX will provide a proof of delivery, including date, tracking and shipping carrier information for further investigation by the customer.
